Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy – Studio Charm

At Studio Charm, every product is thoughtfully planned, sourced, and prepared with care. As a small, drop-based business, our policies are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and quality for all customers. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy (Drop-Based Model)

Studio Charm operates on a drop system.

  • Our website is open for purchases only during specific drop windows.

  • Once a drop closes, all confirmed orders are processed together.

  • Products are sourced and/or manufactured after the order window closes, which allows us to maintain quality and minimize excess inventory.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will take approximately 12-16 days (business days only) for your order to reach you.

  • This timeline includes sourcing, manufacturing, quality checks, packing, and shipping.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Order Updates:

  • We will constantly keep you updated at each important stage of the process, including:

    • Order confirmation

    • Processing status

    • Dispatch notification

    • Tracking details once shipped

We request your patience during this process, as each order is prepared specifically for you.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

A refund is only possible in the form of Store Credit, and only if the product reaches you damaged.

Conditions for Damaged Product Claims:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged product

  • The video must be shared within 4–5 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this time window or without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as we will be unable to verify the claim.

Once verified, an equivalent store credit will be issued.
No cash refunds or original payment reversals will be provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept return, refund, or replacement requests for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer and delivered.

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Claims without valid unboxing proof

  • Claims raised beyond the allowed time frame

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only if the product has not yet been sourced or manufactured specifically for you.

Once an order has been:

  • Sourced

  • Custom-made

  • Packed for dispatch

It cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
